At Musid.ai, we strive to provide high-quality AI generation services. However, due to the nature of our digital products and the immediate costs associated with GPU processing for AI generation, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our users and our operational sustainability.
We offer a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal, provided that:
- Usage Limit: You have used less than 10% of the credits allocated to your plan (e.g., less than 30 credits for the Starter monthly plan, less than 200 credits for the Standard monthly plan).
- Technical Issues: You are unable to use the service due to technical issues on our end that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
- Billing Errors: You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same subscription period due to a billing system error.
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind after purchasing.
- Dissatisfaction with AI Output: Due to the probabilistic nature of AI generation (music, video, or images), we cannot guarantee that every output will meet your specific artistic expectations. We provide free credits or lower-tier trials to help you evaluate the quality before committing to a larger plan.
- Usage Exceeded: You have used more than 10% of your plan's credits.
- Late Requests: The refund request is made more than 7 days after the purchase date.

- Your account email address.
- The date and amount of the purchase.
- The reason for your refund request.
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation Effect: Canceling your subscription stops future billing. You will retain access to your remaining credits and plan features until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle, except as required by applicable law.
Musid.ai reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
